NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 carries out installation services for steel screw piles/foundations, installation of lightweight structures (terraces, pergolas, carports, cabins, modular containers, ground-mounted solar panels, glamping structures, signage and others), as well as related ground-preparation works and turnkey handover.

The services are provided exclusively on the basis of a written agreement (a contract or a confirmed firm order) signed by both parties.

Cooperation begins with the submission of the project details via the contact form, phone or email. Based on the information received, NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 prepares an indicative price proposal.

The indicative proposal does not constitute a firm offer and may be revised after a detailed assessment of the site, the ground type and the specific technical requirements. The firm offer is issued in writing and is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

The contract takes effect on the date it is signed by both parties and the agreed advance payment is made.

Prices are expressed in lei (RON), with or without VAT, as specified in the offer. NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 is a VAT payer.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, or cash at the provider’s headquarters or at the place of execution. Payment is made according to the schedule set in the contract, usually: an advance on signing the contract and the balance on completion of the works or on acceptance.

Late payment incurs penalties in accordance with the agreed contractual clauses. NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 is not responsible for any price fluctuations in materials occurring after the firm offer is issued, if these exceed the offer’s validity period.

The execution deadlines are set in the contract and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, weather conditions, access to the site and the availability of the team.

The client undertakes to ensure unobstructed access to the site, to obtain any necessary permits (if required by law) and to provide the necessary utilities (electricity, water) throughout the execution.

Acceptance of the works is carried out on the basis of an acceptance report signed by the representatives of both parties. Signing the acceptance report is equivalent to accepting the work.

NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 provides a warranty for the works carried out according to the terms specified in the contract. The warranty covers execution defects found during the warranty period and does not cover damage caused by improper use, force majeure or modifications made to the structure by third parties without the provider’s agreement.

NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 is liable for the quality of the execution of the works within the limits of the contract and the legislation in force. Liability may not exceed the value of the contract.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the technical data and the site documents provided. NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Neither party is liable for the non-performance of contractual obligations caused by unforeseeable and unavoidable events (natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, legal restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

The affected party notifies the other party within a maximum of 5 working days from the occurrence of the event and takes all reasonable measures to limit its effects. If the force majeure situation exceeds 60 days, either party may terminate the contract without owing compensation.

The plans, designs, technical calculations and materials prepared by NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 are its intellectual property and may not be reproduced, transmitted or used by the client for purposes other than the contracted one, without prior written consent.

NZEB GROUP SRL | CUI 50660470 reserves the right to use photographs of the works carried out for promotional purposes, while respecting the confidentiality of the client’s personal data.

Personal data collected through the contact form is processed exclusively for the purpose of preparing the offer and performing the contract, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
