Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR / SAL)
If we have not been able to resolve the situation directly, you have the right to use the ADR (SAL) procedure organised by ANPC, the National Authority for Consumer Protection. The procedure is free of charge and is an alternative to the courts.

The European Commission provides an online platform for resolving disputes between consumers and traders in EU Member States. The ODR (SOL) platform can be used for disputes arising from contracts concluded online.
