About Martetic
We do this, and we do it well.
Martetic is the brand of NZEB GROUP SRL, specialised in foundation screws, mechanised installation and complete solutions for lightweight construction.
We work with clients, builders and manufacturers of modular houses who want a fast, clean foundation adapted to the project. We can supply only the screws or take on the entire job, from choosing the configuration and preparing the site to installation and handing over the documents.
We don’t choose a screw only by length and diameter. We look at the construction, the loads, the ground, the access and how the foundation will connect to the structure.
How Martetic came about
Martetic came out of practical experience in lightweight construction, steel structures and modular houses.
We saw how much a project can be delayed when the foundation, structure, transport and installation are handled separately. We also saw how important it is for the first support points to be positioned correctly, so that the structure can be installed without improvisation.
That is why we built a simple system: we analyse the project, choose the right solution and take responsibility for the work through to the end.
Direct representation and local stock
Martetic is the exclusive representative in Romania of the factory that manufactures the foundation screw systems we sell.
The direct link with the manufacturer allows us to offer a wide range of products, special configurations and components made to the project’s requirements, without unnecessary intermediaries.
We keep stock in Romania of the frequently used models, so that we can respond quickly to current projects and to orders from builders, distributors and installation teams. For special projects, we can request lengths, diameters, flanges, threads and connection parts adapted to the structure.

How we work
We start with the project and the real information from the site. We determine the number of points, the screw model, the length, the type of fixing and the services needed. The offer clearly shows what is included and what is calculated separately.
During installation we check the position, level and verticality of each point. If we encounter rock, buried concrete, fill or other unforeseen conditions, we discuss the solution before continuing. We prefer to say from the start what can be done, how much it costs and what further information is needed, rather than promise something that cannot be verified.
Experience from real projects
We have installed foundations for modular houses, containers, cabins, terraces, sound-absorbing fences, lighting poles, masts and steel structures.
We have worked on flat sites, on slopes, in spaces with limited access and in areas where the surrounding activity could not be interrupted.
After years of work in the field, we know that the difference is made by seemingly small things: correct setting-out, choosing the right machine, precise positioning and clear communication with the client.

The selected components are manufactured under the EN 1090 system and hot-dip galvanised in accordance with ISO 1461. For the applicable range, the Environmental Product Declaration, EPD, is also available.
Product documents are important, but they do not replace correct design and installation. The solution must be chosen for the specific construction and site.
