Relocatable foundations for
site setup
We can install bases for containers, temporary lighting, fencing, signage and equipment. On relocation, the foundations can be extracted, inspected and, if the condition of the products and the new project allow, reused.

Reduced local works
Immediate use
After checks
Removal possible
Mechanical extraction
Verified reuse

Comparison
Classic concrete or screw foundations, at every relocation
Concrete is poured anew at every site. Screw foundations can be unscrewed, transported and, after inspection, reinstalled.
Concrete — at every site
On relocation: concrete elements are hard to remove and a new foundation is required.
Screws — mechanised installation
Point installation, with reduced local works.
Process comparison
Concrete: 8 stages. Screws: 2 main stages.
The traditional process depends on the weather and requires curing time. Mechanised installation reduces the number of stages until the structure is usable.
CONCRETE
Depends on weather conditions
8 stages · Weeks of waiting
SCREWS
Installation independent of concrete curing
2 main stages · Hours, not weeks
Hard-to-reach areas
Sloping or soft ground
Installation possible in most weather conditions
No extensive digging, no concrete
Offer with a clearly estimated cost
Relocation
Relocatable foundations for several sites
Foundation screws can be extracted mechanically and, after checking the product’s condition and its compatibility with the new project, reused at another site.
Site 1
Concrete
Complete foundation, poured on site

Screws
Supply and mechanised installation
Product purchase + installation
Site 2 (relocation)
Concrete
Demolition + new foundation
You pay again for a complete foundation
Screws
You unscrew, transport, inspect

Concrete
Every time: a new foundation
The cost repeats with every move
Screws
Reuse possible, after inspection
Subject to the product’s condition
The concrete foundation is poured again at every relocation.
Foundation screws can be extracted, inspected and reused, if the product’s condition and the new project allow.

Comparison
Why screw foundations, not concrete?
| Aspect | Classic concrete | With Martetic |
|---|---|---|
| Installation time | Weeks (minimum 28 days of curing) | 1–2 days, usually |
| Concrete foundation | Mandatory | Not required |
| Ground impact | Excavation, formwork | Point installation, mechanised |
| Coordination | May involve several subcontractors | A single point of contact |
| Relocation | Demolition + new foundation | We unscrew and inspect |
| Reuse | No, it stays in the ground | Possible, after inspection |
| Final cost | May increase with unforeseen works | Stated in the offer, with assumptions and exclusions |

Workflow
How we work - the Martetic process
The process adapts to what you need: only products, products and installation, or a broader solution.
We understand the project
You send us the structure, dimensions, support points, location, deadline and the information available about the ground.
We choose the configuration
We determine the family, diameter, length, thread, flange, connection parts and the services needed.
We confirm the offer
The offer specifies the products, quantities, transport, services, assumptions, exclusions, deadline and handover documents.
We prepare the works
We confirm the setting-out, utilities, access, materials and machinery. Local groundworks are included only if they appear in the offer.
We supply or install
We deliver the products to the client's team or carry out mechanised installation with control of position, level and verticality.
We verify and hand over
We hand over the available parameters, the contracted tests, the acceptance report and the documents provided for in the offer.

Frequently asked questions
What contractors ask about site setup on screw foundations.
It depends on the product's condition and the new project. Foundation screws are unscrewed mechanically and, after inspection, can be reinstalled. Galvanised steel resists corrosion well, but reuse is confirmed each time, not assumed automatically.
Usually 1–2 days for a platform or a set of supports. A concrete foundation requires, by comparison, excavation, formwork, pouring and a minimum of 28 days of curing. With screw foundations, construction can continue immediately after installation, if the checks allow.
You unscrew the foundations mechanically and transport them to the new site. Reuse takes place after checking the product's condition and its compatibility with the new project. The main cost on relocation is transport and reinstallation.
On most ground types, yes: clay, sand, stone, sloping ground or hard-to-reach areas. We assess the site before installation and choose the right diameter and length for each situation.
Working and storage platforms, supports for containers (office and storage), bases for technical equipment (generators, HVAC) and site signage (panels, totems). All on screw foundations.
The cost depends on the product, ground, access and quantities. On first use, screw foundations are usually more advantageous than concrete, especially in the short term. On relocation, the difference grows: with concrete you pay again for a complete foundation; with screws you pay for transport and reinstallation.
